Sorry dumbass. I didn't say that there were no grand juries. I did say that Huber wasn't tasked (in the Sessions memo) to impanel grand juries. Try to use your flat headed brain to understand the logical difference.

Now for your future reference, the grand juries that were impaneled under Acting AG, Deep State con artist, and weasel, Rod Rosenstein doesn't prove that something constructive was actually being done.
For example there was only one McCabe criminal referral in the final Rod Rosenstein approved IG report. That criminal referral was about a McCabe leak that actually hurt Obama and Hillary. There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the Acting AG was allowing the grand jury to hear anything more than that.
For another example, there is no evidence to suggest that the Uranium One grand jury that was impaneled under Rosenweasel's tenure in early 2018 was doing anything more than going after a few non Deep State fall guys similar to what Rosenweasel, as lead prosecutor did in Maryland, for the Obama DOJ in the 2015 Uranium One prosecution.
That is Rod Rosenstein's track record.
