How would they know all that from an audio tape? How do we know it’s not a combination of two tapes — one of a sex act/rape and one of MLK laughing? Sure — it might be real as stated but how does one prove it all happened as stated based on an old audio tape which is probably of poor quality.
Detailed analysis of the tape can determine if it was made in the same room with the same mic.
The question is then “can we trust the analyst?”
Because there are folks around here that HOPE it is true. Some gain pleasure from watching others be destroyed. Some even hope it’s a true civil right leader that is taken down. You can read into why that is if you wish.
