I think it was Jonah Goldberg (dope) who was recently making the case that maybe the rats have wisened up and pragmatically decided that Biden is electable. Nonsense. The base are yowling maniacs and maniacs by definition aren’t subject to pragmatic thinking. He’s not loony enough for the base, and too stupid and/or cadaverous for lots of people outside the base. As frontfunner he has a target in his back for the others trying to generate some traction. I think he’s going to Jeb out.
