Wait, what?

I know what invoking cloture is, but what does it mean for these four nominees? Where does that put them in the process?

Are they out of committee to the floor, or something else?

Clark, Nichols and Nielson are ALL Federalist Society members.

I just ran across an article in the Congressional Register where some weenie Dem Senator was soiling himself over the number of Federalist Society members getting judgeships.

Such a beautiful thing!
Cloture is the last step before the Senate vote on the nominee. Once cloture is invoked there is a ripening period before that vote, used to be 30 hrs now 2hrs. So these nominees should be approved this week.
