They should have failure to yield right of way in that list.
Whether it is running a traffic light/stop sign or speeding up when someone is entering a roadway or trying to merge, some drivers refuse to “surrender” to a car that is ahead of them.
I moved to rural KY about 8 years ago. On the rural roads here as well as on I-65 I’m shocked at the number of one car accidents. People appear to have simply driven off the road. You never used to see that except for the wee hours Saturday and Sunday morning (i.e. drunk - hammered - driving or falling asleep at the wheel)
It’s amazing how dangerous it is when cars want to make a left turn as well. I don’t know if they even do driver’s ed any more. It’s like the driving test involves proving you can fog a mirror.
