If I got my mail three times a week it would be plenty. Fewer trips to the garbage can that way.

The junk mail situation is so bad that the USPS is now largely a taxpayer funded garbage distributor that occasionally handles important mail. The amount of urban trash that consists of newsprint flyers, discarded junk mail and envelopes etc is staggering. All of it delivered by those cute little trucks in every city, town and village from sea to shining sea.

The USPS undercharges for junk mailings. They should quadruple the charge for junk mailings. Better yet, charge ten times as much. I would be happier. I'm sick of ripping my name off junk mail and then trashing the waste.
