It’s worth discussing what would be a just and adequate definition for “usury”. Because it IS a sin. But how do we specify the circumstances or the amount?
Perhaps it’s like pornography - we know it when we see it!
But yeah there is no percentage given.
I might start with ten percent - cause that is a tithe that His requires. I might argue that we shouldn’t do more than that.
