I pray this is true
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 15: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections [emphasis added] and repel Invasions;"
MAGA!
The best news all day...
The new law of 2006 says! The law changed the name of the chapter from “Insurrection” to “Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order.” Under this act, the President may also deploy troops as a police force during a natural disaster, epidemic, serious public health emergency, terrorist attack, or other condition, when the President determines that the authorities of the state are incapable of maintaining public order. The bill also modified Sec. 334 of the Insurrection Act, giving the President authority to order the dispersal of either insurgents or “those obstructing the enforcement of the laws.”
Well, if this is true, stay well out of shrapnel range of leftists and many libertarians.
Their heads are really going to be exploding over this.
Show me.
About 10 minutes after someone posted this on the Trump Train thread, another poster put up a reply from the WH Press Office debunking the thing in it’s entirety. Check out the WH, TT, or do a www word search to confirm or deny the gist.
Good luck!
“I pray this is true”
AMEN!!
While we are at it, invoke the insurrection act against the Democrat party.
Yes, it's much ado about nothing. More fake news.
I no longer take stock in the Gateway Pundit. They are sensationalists.
GO TRUMP, GO!!

I did a bunch of searches about whether the Insurrection Act thing was debunked; couldn’t find. Around where on the TT is it?
Daily Caller is owned by Tucker Carlson, and if the article was based on false info, it would be retracted. Still up. no retraction (yet).
