No, I think most of them are opposed to BoR violations. If you could prevent every act of prostitution from occurring from now until forever, it wouldn’t justify a single civil rights violation.

Here there was probable cause. They didn’t just say, we think massage businesses are all fronts for prostitution.

Explain to me how what the police did here is less invasive than what TSA does to law-abiding citizens daily at the airports, where there in no probable cause.

So if they catch a drug smuggler going through security with a brick of cocaine in his bag, would everyone support letting him go because law enforcement gathered evidence using invasive security protocols?
