Sorry, I missed that debate. I am fully aware of Art. II and the 14th Amendment. In fact the 14th A lays out a better understanding of what “natural” means. “Under the jurisdiction thereof” was greatly written about by the author Sen. Howard and certainly puts Art. II in clearer context. Also, Vattel’s Law of Nations was widely read by the founding fathers and in it he argues for my take on the issue, not yours. Can you save us some time and offer a summary of what the Founders intended in 1st & 2nd Congress?
