Natural born citizens have only ONE nationality.
That’s what makes them NATURALLY citizens.

You might want to review United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898). It appears that Ms Harris is, indeed, a natural-born citizen. Therefore, she can legally run for President. I believe if you challenge this in court, you would handily lose due to its being settled law.
