I guess it always ends up in the supreme court for interpretation. But I don’t think that body has enough “cajones” to directly over rule an amendment like this. This would start a civil war, another one. Remember when the federal government took away the alcohol, and had to reverse themselves when they lost control? Only this one will involve protecting oneself with violence capacity. And the president cannot use federal troops for this one.
The Posse Comitatus Act.
Furthermore, 10 U.S.C. § 375
Sec. 375. Restriction on direct participation by military personnel
The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to ensure that any activity (including the provision of any equipment or facility or the assignment or detail of any personnel) under this chapter does not include or permit direct participation by a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity unless participation in such activity by such member is otherwise authorized by law especially since it is an unauthorized, willful use.
And if they use the national guard, or the coast guard, those people have to live where they are. It will leave a bad taste in the mouths of the locals to include the local law enforcement. Can of worms.

Good chance. But the record says she moved to Canada with her mother at the age of twelve. I entered high school at twelve, also. But it’s possible both ways.
But if we really want to get down to facts, she should know the law. It’s her job.

12 was Junior High for me, High school was 15.
A blog does not take precedence over a Supreme Court decision, whether they be right or wrong. Anyone who would challenge Harris’ U.S. citizenship is going to be in for a rude awakening, in my opinion.
She may be a citizen, but she is not a natural born citizen.
They are not the same.
I wasn’t so lucky. My birth date fell late in the year and I skipped a grade in grammar school. It afforded me the chance of early graduation from both. But I look back and I was pretty immature concerning social interactions. My saving grace in high school was I had a huge big brother who had a reputation as being a bad a$$ so nobody took any real advantage of me. And by the time he graduated, I was over six feet and 200 pounds, and was a purveyor of two forms of martial arts besides playing on the football, basketball, and baseball teams. I guess I finally grew into my own. So in this case, being a little brother helped. Course that’s not to say he didn’t take a few disadvantages of me. But hey, that’s family, expected.
