Since it would violate Mr Weissman's civil liberties to leave him duck taped to a metal chair in a basement somewhere for a few days......... a few days testimony before a grand jury could be informative.
---Charge him with something, anything. It's bound to appear in testimony.
---Held on remand in general population until a later hearing date.
---Let nature take it's course.
