In the UK you can be jailed if you use the ‘wrong” (actually right) pronoun.
I can see a male transforming into a woman through the surgery but I cannot imagine any way a woman can transform into a man. Are there organ transplants? As far as they can go is a mastectomy and hormones to grow facial hair. Why would anyone take some nasty hormone so they have to buy razor blades? From woman to man is twice as insane.
