I don't know a lot about British politics but I know a bit...largely because I glance at the Telegraph and the Guardian quite often, because I watch PMQs occasionally and because I really admire Jacob Rees Mogg and have watched many of his speeches on youtube.

I recently saw a 10 minute speech that Michael Gove gave in Parliament and was quite impressed.I guess I shouldn't be surprised to hear convincing speeches from British MPs...after all,it *is* your language! :-)

I’ve come to be fed up of listening to the voices of privilage and Oxbridge education in the House of Parliament. Tommy Robinson is right, we don’t have ordinary people from ordinary working class backgrounds in Parliament and these types view ordinary folks with contempt, even Jacob Rees Mogg although he is one of the better ones despite the fact he is a toff. As for Michael Gove, he is obviously smart and articulate, but he is also a backstabbing weasel who stabbed Boris Johnson in the back in the Tory leadership contest which saw May elected to succeed Cameron. I can’t be bothered supporting someone like that who is willing to engage in treachery to achieve personal ambition.
