This wouldn’t have even been a story during the Obama adminstration, she would already be living in the USA and being supported by taxpayers.
It was the Obama Administration that declared she was a non-citizen. State Dept records indicate her parents were on diplomatic passports from Yemen when she was born. US law and international treaties are clear enough that even the 0 Admin couldn’t save her.
