Taking the incentive out of crossing the border is only common sense. If I were king, they wouldn’t be allowed to work, own real property or bring a court action. Having illegal status should bestow no privileges of citizenship or even of legal alien status.
No health care, no education, no welfare, no drivers license, no voting, no housing, no nothing.
