Every rocket attack from Gaza should be met with an operation to slice off a half mile of Gaza at either end, maybe at alternate ends, and walls to keep the gazaens from crossing. When Gaza gets small enough that the locals are packed shoulder to shoulder then they can be offered passage on freighters standing just offshore as the next slice is taken from the Eastern end of the remaining rump Gaza after someone in the pack manages to fire off a rocket.
