I’m not sure. The video was posted yesterday. In it, both he and Dave Janda make comments referencing the Mueller report being over so it must have been done pretty recently. I’m not sure when the book came out.
I looked it up and it said it came out June 28: 2018......
.....I also read the authors ( husband / wife photographers) caught a lot of flac for making a book reflecting a positive, kind, endearing President Trump

The one you referenced .......and an entirely different one called TRUMPOGRAPHY!
Yes, it’s called Trumpography, but I think you’re right that the book came out last year. I found a video from last year, of Diamond and Silk interviewing him. But this particular interview with Dave Janda is more recent. It was taped this past month.
