This is driving me nuts. A year ago it was "we're going to send referrals over on Comey, Brennan and others". Then, more recently, "we're thinking of referring lower level people". Still nothing happens.

Now we seem to be down to: "Well, we're eyeing referrals on some low-level flunkies that the bad guys hired to help their coup attempt".
