Democrats are not the problem. The problem is Republicans. They run terrible candidates.

I appreciate that information but it still does not answer my question.....What was the attendance at Trump’s rally?

Instead, their plan is to enrage everyone as often as possible, on both sides... import literally millions of illegal voters, and hope that they spread out enough so that close losses like WI, MI, and PA do not happen again... spew an unending train of lies and nonsense through their PR wing, aka televised “news”... spring a now-traditional “October Surprise” at the last moment... and buy as many votes as possible with as many Santa Claus promises as possible, no matter what they cost and no matter how impossible they are.

“Yes, lifting of one’s spirit is important but let’s now leverage it to make things happen like focusing on state and local elections in 2019. I know Virginia is a battleground state.”

I’m in Michigan, but I certainly would like to see positive outcomes in VA.

As for the peninsular state, I have limited options. Trump, for sure and, almost certainly, any Republican that appears on my ballot. It’s going to be hard to stomach our new democrat governor, but she’s justing starting her first 4 year term. And, yeah, so far she’s as bad as expected.

I still think Biden will get the nod. The only potential candidate I fear at the moment is Michelle Obama. And I agree with you they will try to find a candidate perceived as moderate.

You just know the lame stream will simply say he purposely rents small venues only to make it appear he’s more popular than he really is. It’s how they are. IF they report it at all.

” I still think Biden will get the nod.”
I think Biden will implode before the year is out. He isn’t showing enough depth to capture the center. He isn’t savvy and is sure to put his foot in his mouth one time too many.
Besides, when Mooshelle is anointed, Biden will incredibly easy to buy off and get out of the race, either with a monetary bribe or with a cushy position of seeming importance in the new world order to come.

He should rent out small venues near his big venues and have overflow watch parties. The NHL does it for away games sometimes and it is so fun.The food vendors love it too.Everyone wins.

I think you are being optimistic, FRiend ... but I hope you are right.

Trump is the greatest patriot of my lifetime, even greater than Reagan.

Ronaldus Magnus at least faced a rational foe in Gorbachev and the Soviet leadership. The Tip O’Neill-era Democrats weren’t nearly as unhinged and could occasionally be bargained with. The media — and I was working as a reporter in the 1980s — still had enough old-fashioned editors who may have leaned left politically but still had some respect for facts.

Today, I greatly fear the RATs vote fraud machine, coupled with a generation’s worth of voters who have been conditioned to operate on their emotions.

Agreed. The question remains: will she?

This is too funny.

“They’re letting Bush League Republicans like Flimsey Grahamnesty carry that ball.”

I voted for that little queer in 2002 because he was Strom Thurmond’s anointed successor. Voted against him ever since. SC’s primary system will insure Flimsey Tinkerbelle is senator-for-life.

He is unreliable & all over the map. When McCain croaked, we thought Graham without his Svengali would vote straight Republican. But now he calls the Second Amendment a “suicide pact”. Doesn’t give a d@mn about SC voters and is a never-Trumper.

The Democrats are unable to do any of the things listed. Their base will not allow it. They are in a box of their own making and like a roach motel, they can check in, but they can not check out.

The good news (albeit it will be a long time in coming) is that these big one party states are failing. High taxes, unlimited rules and regulations, poor schools, high crime, and out of control homelessness.

They say the seed of destruction is already planted in any organization and it is true of the Democrats. The worse thing possible has happen to them, they have gained control of many big cities and states (as well as the house) and have put their agenda in place where everyone can watch them slowly fail.

At some point the tide will turn against them.
