Like you I cannot imagine how she’s going to wiggle out of this...however I’ve seen some pretty slippery deals made to avoid jail. So this is going to be interesting.
Despite the outcome...I do think Judges seeing this are going to think twice on how far they’re willing to go.
In the best outcome for her, she won’t be on the bench or practicing law, and I cannot see a way for her out of that.
It will piss me off royally if she avoids jail and fines.
