Yes they actually intend to destroy the economy of one of the greatest cities on earth. And he’s doing it. Think of the gazillion jobs being lost in construction, in companies, all the ancillary food, clothes and transportation. That’s what they want.

Just another RAT pimp trolling for votes. They don't care what they promise as long as liberals buy it. They'll even sell America down the river to get elected.
And these are the people charged with protecting the interests of Americans.

I love it when Politicians who know nothing about physics or construction write laws which violate physics or make objects impossible for engineers to build.

Well, the age of skyscrapers on a massive scale is over. Lesser structures out of the city proper are now the market.

Yep! Mud huts will be far more environment-friendly...
To mitigate the problem of the current millions of glass & steel buildings, the government will begin a massive program to train (and then hire as a diversity requirement) Saudi, Iranian, Somali, Yemeni, Minnesota, and Pakistani airline pilots...

To Greenies: sell your Green New Deal to China. They’re the biggest polluters on Earth, and they’ve produced and used more concrete than the rest of the world combined over the last five years - and concrete production is a major polluter. China is the culprit, not the USA. China is gung-ho on building skyscrapers and cities, more than any other country.

The drastic change, and a switch to only renewable energy within five years, are necessary for Gotham to embrace the Green New Deal, de Blasio said. Not one person voted Yea for the Green New Deal, so I think he knows this is all just for show.
