An IRS audit is just about the least of their worries.
I completely agree with you. I find it impossible to believe that any competent attorney would have advised not to take the initial deal proffered by the prosecutor. Because that opens Loughlin up to vastly more serious charges, up to and including money laundering. That would be the equivalent of the attorney advising her to take a quadruple or nothing bet. Not that the first charges were “nothing” but the amount of potential prison time is about four or five times as much, should she be found guilty of money laundering and she probably will.
The other lady is getting an ankle bracelet and gets to sit home around the pool and suffer.
Exactly!!
Who is this attorney? Creepy Porn Lawyer?
The primary purpose of Federal law enforcement is scare the white middle class into paying their taxes. These two make a wonderful object lesson to help keep the Deep State fully funded in the wake of some bad publicity it has recently suffered.
Consider the source, but here is additional info....
....She probably should have taken the deal, but at the time, she didnt really realize how serious the charges were, the source tells PEOPLE.
More than that, I think she and her lawyers underestimated how motivated the prosecution was. So she didnt plead, and then they hit her with another charge. Now shes willing to negotiate, but the prosecution says that the deal is off the table. So the only choice theyve got is to plead not guilty. Thats all they can do.....
....Loughlin and Ginnulli have hired a team of high-profile attorneys to represent them in the case.

I’ve searched, but cannot find any info on who this ‘team of high-profile attorneys’ are.
How many people did these people kill?
As a life long bookkeeper, the first thing I said about the school admissions scandals was-——IF they took any of those funds as a Charity deduction or any other kind of deduction, then they will be in a BIG pile of trouble with the IRS.
Remember-—Al Capone never went to jail for bootlegging-——
He went to jail for income tax fraud.
..She probably should have taken the deal, but at the time, she didnt really realize how serious the charges were, the source tells PEOPLE.”””\
As a life long accounting/bookkeeping person with a high school education & some college accounting courses, I KNEW they were in serious trouble.
These paragons of entertainment & social media have so many advisors around them all of the time——
How could they be so stupid & so arrogant?
I rally hope they spend at least 20 years in prison....each of them.
Maybe they didn’t know it was a fake charity
F-troop?
Brilliant! A perfect description.
Heh...good one....at Hillary’s expense.
Our CPA for decades, agreed with you.
Yeah, put them in prison at taxpayers expense, now that makes sense. I say just make them pay an exorbitant fine.
I think the superseding indictments were already in place for the more serious crimes. Those who were smart enough to take the deal weren’t subject to them, but those who decided to think it was all “bluff” found out real quickly how seriously mistaken they were. It’s a smart prosecution strategy to have the “warning shot” followed almost immediately by the “kill shot” for those who don’t heed the warning.
“Oh, man. Just wait until the IRS hears about the *Crinton Crime Foundation. “
Yeah, Rori might wind up in prison rickin’ some crit!
You KNOW they talked over the lawyer, thinking they were above the law. $$$$ has bought them everything and they have no concept of what is right or normal by our standards. They don’t have to.
They don’t have to wait in lines at the DMV, their nail and hair stylists probably come to their home, doctors call THEM when they are sick - probably don’t have to go to the office to get an RX called in.
I worked for the wealthiest in the world. They walk a completely different path and have a different reality than you and I.
A reality pill, no, a suppository!
