You are off base. It’s the Wickard Commerce Clause that has allowed fedgov to become all-powerful. As Justice Thomas said, it has all but nullified the 10th Amendment.

Don’t forget, the Constitution as written as originally understood and intended is the Supreme Law of the Land (Art. VI., (paragraph 2)). Some phony Leftist doctrine concocted and supported by the Supreme Court with no supportable constitutional basis is NOT the law of the land.
