I have a question that maybe someone can answer for me....Don McGahn was White House Counsel and seems to be the cornerstone of the most explosive revelation (still not a big deal unless you’re a TDS sufferer) that PDJT wanted Nueller removed. Here’s my question.....wouldn’t any conversation between McGahn and PDJT be protected as attorney client privilege?

He was not DJT’s personal attorney.

Privilege is much more limited.

The president did not invoke executive privilege over this matter. Of course, he wanted Mueller fired. What sane man wouldn’t? He did nothing to warrant the investigation. All he did was run for president. And the party in power abused their offices in order to spy on their opponentS. They worked with foreign governments and continue to work against the people of this country.

APPEAL TO HEAVEN

".... wouldn’t any conversation between McGahn and PDJT be protected as attorney client privilege?..."

It should be and I think McGahn violated that ethical code.

The fact the Trump wanted to stop the Mueller investigation and the fact that he didn't actually do anything to bring that about except talk about it, is the key here.

Trump may have wanted Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller out of the picture but he never took any overt action to make that happen.

No obstruction if he just talked about it but didn't take any action.

The one guy he did fire, Comey, was recommended to be canned in a letter from none other than Rosenstein himself.

Much to do about nothing.
