Barr said basically that although the Pres was vocally upset about this investigation dragging on he never withheld any documents, withheld any witness, nor invoked Executive Privilege, which is his prerogative, at any time. The WH got an advance look at the redacted report to give them one last chance to invoke Exec Priveldge which they did not do
Sounds like no Obstruction to me
