No, it is not.

I am not in favor of the the uncontrolled immigration we have - just pointing out that the definitions of implementing socialism and importing a huge load of refugees are not the same thing.

I see your point that it could eventually lead to it, but saying “BY DEFINITION” is misstating the relationship.
