The Court overturned a man’s conviction for the crime of disturbing the peace for wearing a jacket in the public corridors of a courthouse that displayed the phrase, “Fuck the Draft”. ... Supreme Court of the United States. People in authority routinely abuse their positions. It they tell you you cannot do something ask them t o quote the section of law.
