Memphis has a 11 month 29 day lower felony facility average serve time 90 days. DUI’s are served on the weekends. Juveniles is less, “community service” hanging with your homies playing Basket Ball.
I thought if the sentence was 11-29 you had to serve it all...A one year sentence you could get out early...
