Trump doesn't get to say 'no.' Only Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin gets to say 'no,' then explain to a court why he said 'no.'

So the question is, does Trump go to court first to get an injunction against the request, or does Mnuchin decline the request and the Democrats go to court to compel the Treasury Department to furnish the documents?

W/O a valid reason for the request, he would be answering even harder criminal “questions”....
