Remember the company of military police who were sent to Gitmo last December? Were they sent to remodel and tidy up?

“However, the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution (Article 6, Paragraph 2) states that the Constitution trumps all. In other words, where there is a conflict between the Supreme Court and Congress, the SC wins.”

Do you notice the not so subtle substitution in this?

The Court isn’t the Constitution. It actually doesn’t trump the Congress.

In Marbury, Chief Justice Marshall wrote that it was worse than a solemn mockery to require them to take an oath of office to uphold the Constitution but then make them turn a blind eye to the Constitution and see only statute.

Well, what is it to require others to take such and oath and then make them close their eyes to the Constitution and see only the opinions of the Court?

No article in the Constitution actually grants the Court this power and it does not lawfully have final say.
