How does anyone determine how much to take? I’ve heard people play around til they find what works but that seems careless.
It tastes like azz so you don’t want to take too much. It really does taste like bong water. I put it under the tongue for maximum input. 3-6 drops seems to do it. It’s expensive($50 for a small bottle) so some people add it to kombucha thereby killing 2 birds with one stone.
Some people feel something with it. I don’t have anxiety so I don’t feel anything except annoyed at paying $50. It should last me 6 months or so.
