You’re saying what immediately came to my mind - the looks on the kids’ faces tells the tale. They are uncomfortable at a minimum & Bido’s touching & whatever else he’s doing is not welcome. Bido’s behavior is NOT acceptable and totally inappropriate - he’s using his position/power to do this to kids/women, knowing they’ll be afraid to do/say anything about it in public. Some brave woman ought to haul off and slap the crap out of him one of these days. Mikais disgusting for defending Bido’s behavior, but then she’s pretty much just disgusting in general so decent behavior likely isn’t something she’d be familiar with.
I think Biden does this on camera, so if something is said, his defense is it was all in public. I also think it has gotten out of control over the years. Well, he is called out on it.
