DiFi is in no position to be fuming about anything.
Let’s get the investigation going on how and why she had a Chinese spy on the payroll for 20 years.
For the life of me I can’t figure out why, with something that serious, they are not going after her.

Considering what the Left supports, “fumes” is a good word for it.

I believe that the blue slip courtesy probably began because communications over 100 years ago wasn’t what it is today.
It was probably felt that Senators from the State of a nominee would have more knowledge about the person than the other Senators would.
Not necessary in today’s 24/7 access to sources allowing research of nominees. .........jmo

That sounds reasonable. However, 100 years ago there was less partisanship in selection of judges, too - both parties would look at the qualifications of the person and then decide. Now the Demoncrats want to know that they will ignore the Constitution and vote liberal/socialist/SJW policies or they will not allow them on the bench.

More good news on judges. Also, changing the process the speed the approval of District Court judges in the Senate (reducing 30 hours after cloture down to 2) comes up for a vote this coming week. Republicans are expected to change the rule anyway (the nuclear option), after it (as expected) fails to receive a super majority. Not only will this greatly speed up the appointment of judges, but also a lot of high level positions within the bureaucracy of the Departments and Agencies of the Government, which Democrats have been slow-rolling for two years, in an unprecedented campaign of obstruction.
Partner, this is Great News indeed!!!
You hit a bunch of homeruns with all of these true statements!!!
