Has it been confirmed anywhere that this was not her intended Uber? This service has a history of and makes it too easy for unsavory people to take advantage of a vulnerable system, either as a passenger or driver.
Which case are you talking about? I’m assuming the SC one was a mistake and the MA one was the “correct” Uber.
