This plus the invading hoards and the “threats to close the border” are not good.

Absolutely unconstitutional, but the conventional wisdom at the moment is that it’s moot because they don’t have a path to 270. Someone did an analysis a few weeks ago and said this thing is going to top out around 206.
The Constitution outlines our system, they’re just trying to do an end-around it. Unconstitutional!
