There is a congressional rule that "hats" cannot be worn while in chambers. Apparently the Muslims want that rule rescinded ...I was not aware the hijab was considered a 'hat'. Islam requires women to cover their heads in public....just as Islam requires all believers to put their belief in front at all times...even in front of Congress's rules, the U.S.Constitution, The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR all in front of America.
