They tell an absolute lie, file a lawsuit.

They lie about what they said, file another.

Have someone provide commentary on the situation, let the "news outlet" tell a lie about the comments, the commentator files a lawsuit.

Use commentator located in the Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi so the appeals wind up in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
