When I was in the Air Force, a couple SPs were practicing their quick draw, “just in case it was needed”. One guy's weapon discharged and gave the other guy a permanent part down the top of his head. The guy whose weapon discharged was thrown out and the guy who got the part was so squirrelly afterwards he had to be discharged for psych reasons.
