This is what near the entire Senate GOP is doing. Even those who know they will vote to support POTUS are not publicly supporting him on this. Cotton. MIA. Cruz. MIA. Etc. They are leaving him bare behind to the wind and giving the no votes news cycle room to take cheap shots at POTUS.
