One other possibility is that he needs to play ball with the RINOs in congress so they won’t pass a Dem amnesty bill. But the recently passed budget bill protects “sponsors” (even if here illegally) of unaccompanied minors. It’s still a mystery to me.

“Has Barr made a single statement about anything since he assumed the office?”

Yes, I heard something from him today:

“Justice Department Conducts “Largest-Ever” Crackdown on Elder Fraud”

He’s already swamped with the most pressing legal issues facing what’s left of our republic. Magoo had marijuana and Barr is focusing on elder fraud. /we’re farked

The GOP really doesn’t want anyone looking at it.
Trump is going to have to go it alone (again) if he wants anything done.

“The GOP is so bad that we have to depend on this guy to move this along.”

Lord knows I’ve had my issues with “this guy” and many other wobbly Republicans.

But, I think the president is so (politically) alone these days that I’m willing to take support for him regardless of where it comes from.

Glenn Beck (another finger-licker) was on Hannity tonight, admitting that he’s gone from Never-Trumper to all-in.

Great. Beats the hell out of Bill Kristol or George Will.

I hear ya. I’ll take any help for Trump, even from Graham. Just difficult trusting him remembering all the knives in the back from his past antics.

Because he is an idiot when it comes to presidential personnel management.

Presidential personnel management is particularly tricky. Most presidents have decades of contacts and a large Rolodex of personnel that have previously worked in politics and government for them or with them, people they know they can trust with proven loyalty. This is an operation that, so to speak has to come preloaded, not one you pickup after the fact. Why? Because it is so critical to get the right people in the right slots to hit the ground running and who are committed to YOUR agenda.

It is no surprise that this was and continues to be his Achilles heel. Look who has to go too. People he has never governed with because he has never governed himself. Deep state plants. Bush retreads.

Despite the excuses and explanation, he is the Boss, He gets the blame.

When two Fired former FBI heads are willing to lie to Congress and set up citizens and new incoming goverment officals on fake charges and process crimes and also leak made up story’s to the media and to top it off write books and give media intervies detailing some of there many crimes and not one thing happens to these people they already know there above the law and they flont there crimes as if they had just saved the world and they have convinced the 50% of the country that matters that they are victoms of all Trumps crimes can someone explain how releasing all the documents to the public will change any thing nobody has the power or the will the bring these criminals to justice it will be sweep under the rug the same way ever outer crime the rats pull on us it’s just business as usual if you look at the facts of how our political system is run its almost the same system as Russia has we have one party in DC same as Russia our elections are rigged by all the corruption same as Russia I love our President but his hands are tied the biggest scandle to me was how Obama treated our new President in what was suppose to be a peaceful transition of power that according to the history channell is the envy of the world

I’m still really disgusted with Beck, but his speech at CPAC was absolutely brilliant in the old Fox news Glen Beck style. Not only should everyone in the U.S. watch it, it should be mandatory in H.S.

You might want to sit down so you do not hurt yourself. Nothing will change.

Yes, the list of their power grabs and trashing of our republic is a long one. All of it unpunished so far. It will never end until it is.

Trump would have to wait till the Mueller report is released so it wouldn’t be “obstruction”

Good point, there is no such thing of obstruction of congress.

We could even end up worse off than with Sessions as AG if Barr doesn't address some of the lawlessness in the prior FBI and DOJ. At least Sessions took some serious steps to try and improve immigration law enforcement. I wonder if Barr will even do that much?

We'll see what happens, or doesn't happen, in the coming weeks and months.
