When I hear, “But she won the popular vote by 3 million!!!”

I reply:

“So F’n what?!?”

“The Election for the President of the United States has never—NEVER—been a popular vote. It has always—ALWAYS—been 50 separate popular votes based on each STATE and how many Representatives they have.

It has ALWAYS been so since 1789.

Lincoln won in 1860 with less than 40% of the “popular” vote. He was still made President.

Whine all you want about the Electoral College, and go ahead and “try” to change it, but it has always been so. Hillary knew this in 2015—let alone 2016. It’s not Donald Trump’s fault that she so thought she had it in the bag that she didn’t even campaign in Wisconsin. And other places. Concentrating her appearances in California and New York does not help win US Presidential elections.

Both knew the rules of the game. The rules have been the same ever since we’ve been under our Constitution.

Now STFU about the “popular” vote, and stop trying to overthrow the election. You got next year to fix it. Make sure your eventual candidate (out of 100 or so!) knows the rules and campaigns accordingly. Good luck selling socialism to the Great Unwashed in Flyover country, LOL!”

IMHO, Sessions and Priebus talked the talk, but were nothing more than “corporate spies” for their Deep State masters.

At the end of the day we are stuck with a dilemma. And the dilemma is this what do we do as citizens sitting in the peanut gallery to affect the outcome of events on the ground. Donald Trump has been true to us and he’s keeping his word the best that he can. We have to figure out how to fight back against the dirt bags in Washington DC. They ain’t going away and either are we and one side has to win. There will never be detente.

The main theory and headline of this article make NO SENSE. SDNY is controlled by Bill Barr and Trump, it is federal in the DOJ, not a separate state entity. They could shut it all down tomorrow and probably will, quietly, once the Mulehead report comes out. There is no “revenge”.

".... It's coming. And soon....Check out the forbidden place of which we cannot speak to find out more.....You[']ll all be very happy very soon....."

Of all the comments on this thread, I find yours the most intriguing.

You obviously think you know something everybody else doesn't know about.

Is this some sort of secret sauce like information? Known only to those who know the secret handshake?

If "this" (whatever "this" is) is going to happen soon, please share with others outside your secret society what the "this" is.

What do you know that we don't know? And when is "very soon" happen to be?

I no longer wait with baited breath for something that is "imminent" to happen...because it never does. Fake news? False flags? Disinformation? Wishful thinking?

What makes your revelation any different than all of the previous "cry wolf" incidents that were supposed to happen but that just never materialized?

What is the "this" and when will it happen? And why should we believe you?

Please explain yourself with some facts. Thanks for your insight.

Hey, troll-boi, good to hear from you.

For the lurkers:

Hillary once spoke of "A Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy" to explain away Monica Lewinsky -- at least untl the baby-batter stained blue dress.

Remember, SJWs (and liberals) always *project* -- whether it be racism, intolerance, treatment of women -- or even, yes, conspiracies.

The Democrats are writing the rules on what is and what is not acceptable in investigation of the President of the United States.

In the past both parties knew it was a losing game to look too closely at the campaigns of the opposition party since it was understood that they both were playing fast and loose with the law.

Now we know it is perfectly alright to have a campaign fake crimes and give it to the FBI to investigate and the FBI can now get warrants to bug the opposition campaign.

When nothing is found it is okay to get a special prosecutor with unlimited budget to investigate everyone associated with the candidate going back decades searching for a crime.

When nothing is still found it is okay to get a search warrant and seize the files of the candidates personal lawyers files.

When nothing is still found it is okay to blackmail said lawyer to provide evidence of possible but not provable crimes (otherwise known in courts as hearsay evidence).

When nothing is still found it is okay to issue a report full of lies and claim even thought no evidence was found we think he did something and so should be impeached.

Is this the world that Democrats want to live in? At most they would have had to wait 8 years to get back in office, but by trying a coup they are destroying our Republic.

Great post. Until and unless people suffer the consequences of their illegal behavior, you can expect said behavior to continue - but only the left will get away with it.

Will Barr address it? What about that invisible prosecutor from Utah? Will we hear from him again? What about the Inspector General? I wonder what he’s up to these days.

Then there’s Lindsay Graham who says he will pursue the leads from the Nunes committee. Will he? Will anything come of it? What the hell is taking him so long?

If there’s no punishment why would anyone think there were crimes committed?

It’s a mucked up mess. The swamp is deep and apparently undrainable.

That known known‘s are that we had a coup attempt. Also we have an ongoing coup attempt. The first time in our history. The question becomes what do we do about it? The next question is how long will it last? And I am of the opinion that it will last as long as there is no pushback. I mean pushback like getting in people’s faces making them realize they are part of the problem not the solution. If Lindsey Graham has no one calling his office and demanding that he gets this investigation off the ground why should he? We need to change in order to get change!

So I still think he’s just waiting for Mueller to wrap up, then he gets control of the microphone.

He needs control of his DOJ.

He’d have to think at this point fair minded people are on to the media

They’ve been so over-the-top for so long that it should be completely obvious to anybody that they’re completely one sided

And it’s not like there is a plenty of good evidence that things are going very well I.e. economy, trade , defeating ISIS , cutting regulations , economic growth , cutting taxes , help for the veterans , building the wall. Etc

What makes sense to me:

A. SDNY carries on if/when Special Counsel shut down.

B. State convictiins immune from Presidential Pardon.

That’s a safe bet.

Becoming clearer and clearer that the very existence of the Department of “Justice” is becoming an existential threat to the American people.

If Trump doesn’t declassify soon, does it mean that declass would cause more problems than it solves?

Just a thought...no way to know at this point.

Yes, the answer to all popular vote claims is the same:

“There is no such thing.”
