Otto Warmbier's parents have spoken out after President Trump stated that he took North Korean leader Kim Jong-un "at his word" after Kim denied any hand in Warmbier's death, which occurred after the American college student spent 17 months in captivity in North Korea and was returned to the U.S. in 2017 in a vegetative state.
"We have been respectful during this summit process. Now we must speak out. Kim and his evil regime are responsible for the death of our son Otto. Kim and his evil regime are responsible for unimaginable cruelty and inhumanity. No excuses or lavish praise can change that."
I agree obama and hillary would have not tried much to get him back.Obama years and the way he was weakening our country and emboldening youth to do rebellious things may have played a part in Otto’s forming his ways to make choices - including not so good ones, which is what many on the left support (do as you please - no consequences, etc)
You have to remember that The Butt Pirate 0bama thinks that being imprisoned is like going to heaven, what with all the gay sex and whatnot...
Agree. Like Trump is supposed to call him a liar to his face at a summit.trump hedged his words.

I agree about ungracious. They got to bury their son. Others who lost their children were not so fortunate. They got him back 5 months after Trump took office.
I wonder if they made public negative comments about The Greatest Fraud Ever, nobama, as he did nothing for their son while he was imprisoned for years with good health..
Obama admin told them to keep a low profile and keep quiet about Otto being Jewish. Did nothing for them. But lash out at Trump who brought their son home.
