Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced Monday that he plans to sue the Trump administration over new rules cutting off federal family planning funds from abortion providers.
Jay Inslee, the governor of Washington who is considering a presidential run, gave his backing to the move, calling the new rules an attack on women’s rights.

I just wonder if they thought this through. The suit will make it’s way up through the appeals system to the U.S. Supreme Court, and they will lose.

Okay, I will start an organization — promoting women’s rights — then demand taxpayer funding and then sue the government for discrimination when it doesn’t fork over the money.
