Anyway most people have their own personal pet ox - meaning liberal\socialist distributionist program they benefit from. Any conservative come in with a program to roll back government in general will be shocked when they find a significant number of conservations against them. Any plan where all oxen get gored - you will here the cry “ No not my ox!”. 90 years of socialist income redistribution programs means everyone to a great or lessor extent has a hand in everyone else’s pocket.
