Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Thursday dramatically restricted Roger Stone's ability to speak publicly about his case after he published an Instagram post with what appeared to be the crosshairs of a gun drawn behind her head.
From this moment on, Stone may not speak publicly about the investigation or the case or any participants in the investigation or the case.
"Period," Jackson adds.
Jackson said Stone could issue no statements on the radio, no press releases, no blogs, no media interviews, no Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat posts and no statements can be made on his behalf by spokespersons, family members or even "many volunteers," Jackson said.
"This is not baseball," she added. "There will not be a third chance."

You posted the cropped one. Post the full version with the full logo. You’ll see that the “crosshairs” are part of a logo for “Corruption Central” and that their logo, calling her corrupt is above her head.
And what is Roger going to do? Unfairly prejudice his OWN trial?
Stone should start hitting the social media hard, tell the judge to go pound sand, and ride into history with a constitutional case.
I’m sure his attorneys have already filed suit against this. Trump should pardon him, right now. They hate him, anyway. Might as well add more fuel to the fire.

They’ll slap him in solitary confinement, like they did manafort. They don’t have to follow the constitution -— they’re leftists.
USA, you’re living under a beast system. It has conquered DC and is forcing all of USA to conform to it’s evil tyranny.
If Stone defies this court order he is going to jail and likely will end up in solitary confinement like Manafort. He could appeal all the way to the SCOTUS, but he will be in a small cell for 23 hours a day for the next couple years until the appeal is heard — assuming the SCOTUS even takes up his appeal. His best course of action is to keep quiet until the trial and let Hannity, Ingrahm, etc. talk about the bias of this judge. It is unfair that Stone is not allowed to speak, but this judge will lock him up for life. A defendant like Manafort would normally be out on bond until sentenancing and then sent to some white collar prison. Instead, she sent locked him up in solitary which is actually cruel and unusual punishment for his crimes.

Won’t work. Social media is on “their” side. His efforts to use it would be blocked almost instantaneously.
Harry Reid did away with the filibuster on judges because he was frustrated that the repubs were blocking appointments to the DC Circuit. After Reid eliminated the filibuster the dems packed the DC Circuit with Obama judges.
Also, Mueller/Weisman claim that the Manafort, Stone, etc. cases are all related so they end up in her court. Even though the cases are unrelated, the cases are assigned to her and she is a partisan hack. However, according to Chief Justice Roberts there aren’t any Obama judges.
He Pardons him the day after the 2020 Election, Win or Lose.
This is not about left and right, Dems and Pubs; it is about USConstitution, limited DC government and lawful government. DC and itss evil, illegal form of law is alien to our nation.

Guaranteed that’s where this goes next regardless of what Stone says or doesn’t say. Jail without trial.
