Isn’t that a felony too. I imagine this guy will be facing jail time. It is a foregone conclusion he will be identified.
In Kalifornia if punching someone causes "serious injury" then it's a felony. It's also a felony if you punch anyone over 65, and I'm not even sure if the "serious injury" even counts, in that case.
