(Sen. Kamala D. Harris) said Monday that she would support efforts on the federal level to change the second Monday in October from Columbus Day to “Indigenous Peoples Day.”
(“Count me in),” Ms. Harris said at a town hall meeting in Portsmouth, where she was asked whether she would back legislation, like a proposal making its way through the New Hampshire state legislature, that calls for the change.
Ms. Harris, California Democrat, is considered one of the early front-runners in the race for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.
At a town hall-style meeting on Monday, Ms. Harris voiced her support for Medicare for All, efforts to combat climate change encapsulated in the “Green New Deal” and providing a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants.
When asked about an ongoing effort to rename Columbus Day in New Hampshire, Ms. Harris touted a bill that passed the Senate last week that she helped author that would make lynching a federal crime.

Well Columbus day IS pretty dumb, but then changing it to something else is pretty stupid too. We could probably get rid of a lot of these holidays that are really just an excuse for banks and the post office to be closed
I only need 6- New Years Day, Memorial, July4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Oh and I guess Halloween but you don’t need the day off. And I only include Memorial and Labor Day because I like them as the beginning and end of summer and like the 3day weekend for that

The lighter skinned-Mexicans are the dominant class in Mexico and they are as racist as they can be. The lightness of their skin comes from their Spanish ancestry, with they make every effort to keep pure. The border jumping Mexicans are those the dominant Spanish are pushing out. They would rather have the natives pushed into America and have Mexico become the Spanish conquest it was meant to be. Hitler would be pleased with them. IMO.
The founders put the natural born citizen requirement in the Constitution to prevent the children of foreign nationals from becoming President.
Natural born citizens are NATURALLY citizen because they cannot be anything else.

You have that right! Ward Connerly, a man of color, has for years been fighting this. It like many other social engineering issues, does not come close to the solution it was intended...social engineering is really meddling...imho. Harris, Booker, Warren, AOC, etc are all products of the lightening/lessening of American traditions...Harris has in the last few days ‘Hoist by her own petard’ trying to make herself fake poor...in so doing has gotten herself in a tangled mess of lies. Who needs a president like that.
