Jussie is probably better off in front of a suburban jury. A jury of Chicago residents is likely to be harsher on him. While the citizens of Chicago may vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, Jussie could face a jury of mostly older African American women who have spent their lives working hard to get ahead and in some cases encountered real discrimination. Their values don't line up at all with his, and they are well aware that his accusation got more police follow up than a typical crime in their neighborhood.
They could be just as angry as the police Superintendent appeared to be, except they get to decide Jussie's future.
He should go from Juicy to Smokey for doing this.

Don’t forget the aspirin he crushed up to make the “suspicious powder” for his fake letter, it also looks like he cut letters out of magazines (cause he saw that in the movies?).
He wanted the whole thing on camera and then didn’t stand in the right place. Presumably the police have footage of him pointing out the camera to the brothers the previous day. What a douchebag. He couldn’t even hire White guys to do it, he gave those White roles to Black actors! Racist!
